National court cases on Freedom of movement
[16.06.2008] Caselex starts rolling out cases on freedom of movement law which serves at the heart of European Union (EU) law. In parallel it launches Latvian Supreme Court cases, bringing its total case coverage to nine areas of law and 23 countries.

Public procurement case law released
[31.03.2008] Today Caselex has released the first cases within its sixth area of law, public procurement case law. From the current state the case archive will move from 10 countries towards full coverage of EU and EFTA countries.

[17.03.2008] The European Information Association (EIA) has awarded Caselex the 2008 ‘EIA Award for excellence in European information provision (electronic sources category)’.

Spanish case law
[23.01.2008] Case law from Spain's Supreme Court, Tribunal Supremo, is now available in Caselex, bringing the total number of countries covered to 22.
Case law from 21 European countries available
[20.11.2007] Caselex has added four new national jurisdictions to its portfolio, which brings the total coverage up to 21 countries with a total of 25 jurisdictions.

19th jurisdiction launched
[07.11.2007] Today Caselex has introduced its first cases from The Netherlands, bringing its total coverage to 19 jurisdictions plus the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the EFTA Court.

Launch of consumer protection case law
[26.09.2007] Caselex has today launched cases within its fifth area of law, consumer protection law. The initial archive holds 130 cases from national and European Supreme Courts and will grow on a weekly basis.
Justis Publishing and ITTIG to support European wide roll-out of Caselex
[07.09.2007] Caselex s.a.r.l has together with the renowned legal publisher Justis Publishing Ltd and Europe’s leading legal information research centre Istituto di Teoria e Tecniche dell’Informazione Giuridica (ITTIG) embarked on the mission to roll-out the unique Caselex service, with support of the European Commission's eTEN programme. Justis Publishing will be responsible for UK and Ireland.
Caselex launch 4 new jurisdictions plus cases of the EU and EFTA courts
[06.09.2007] Caselex has today expanded its coverage with the jurisdictions Poland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Ireland. In total it holds now coverage of 18 European jurisdictions. In addition it does now also include cases of the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the EFTA Court.
Caselex moves into ecostart
[01.08.2007] Acknowledging Caselex' innovative nature, the Ministry of Economy in Luxembourg has awarded Caselex place in the national ecostart centre holding the country's most promising new companies. The international dimension of Caselex is further supported by its proximity to the borders of France, Belgium and Germany.
Caselex launched
[01.06.2007] Caselex has today launched its unique case law service, with the initial offering covering intellectual property law, labour law, competition law and company law. Its cases covers Supreme Courts of 14 countries, with additional countries plus the European Court of Justice, the European Court of First Instance and the EFTA Court of Justice to follow shortly.
