Europe's premier source on practical EU business law
[04.10.2010] Publishing practical case law interpreting EU business law Caselex has now published 7250 law reports which is unique at European level. More than 4200 are national cases, whereas over 3000 represents cases of the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the EFTA court. Logically Caselex represents one of the most important sources on European business law.

27 countries - 32 jurisdictions
[20.01.2010] Caselex now offers EU related case law from 27 EU and EFTA countries, covering a total of 32 national and European jurisdictions. All major jurisdictions are covered, with only 4 small countries not yet presented. As such Caselex represents the largest repository of its kind, and is logically extremely valuable to legal professionals in need of interpreting EU law.
6274 cases interpreting EU law
[21.12.2009] Caselex has now gone above 6000 published cases interpreting EU law. Close to 3400 national cases have been published next to almost 2900 cases of the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the EFTA court. The service publishes on a monthly basis around 100 national cases interpreting EU law.

Caselex exceeds 3000 national cases on EU law
[23.08.2009] Publishing its most recent cases, Caselex has today reached 3033 summaries and full texts of important national cases interpreting EU law within 11 areas of law. Including its cases of the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance and the EFTA court, Caselex has in total published 5248 cases, which represents an increase of 4700 cases since its launch 2 years ago.

Caselex launches ECJ references for preliminary ruling
[16.07.2009] Within its areas of law Caselex has rolled out extensive coverage of the European Court of Justice's references for a preliminary ruling. In total 1866 rulings have been launched with classifications according to Caselex' thesaurus next to enhancing the access by dividing EU provisions into core and referred provisions making a unique distinction for users in need of precise results.
IWEP to distribute Caselex in Poland
[28.04.2009] Instytut Wydawniczy EuroPrawo (IWEP) and Caselex have entered into an agreement in which IWEP will distribute Caselex in Poland.
Dutch judiciary signs agreement with Caselex
[18.03.2009] Caselex has signed an agreement with the Council for the Judiciary (Raad voor de rechtspraak) in The Netherlands bringing Caselex access to all 19 district courts, 5 courts of appeal and 2 other appeal bodies (Central Appeals Tribunal and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal). On top the Supreme Court has been using the service since 2008. More than 2100 judges and 5000 staff do now have access to the service, next to the Ministry of Justice.
Launch of competition module
[18.03.2009] Caselex has launched its third service module holding important court cases on EU competition law from national courts across Europe. The competition module complements the Supreme Court module holding last instance cases within 10 areas of law and the Private International law module. 25th jurisdiction online
[23.02.2009] Caselex has today launched its 25th jurisdiction. Belgian case law is now being rolled out within the scope of Caselex' 11 areas of law.

Launch of consumer protection case law

[06.09.2007] Caselex has today expanded its coverage with the jurisdictions Poland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Ireland. In total it holds now coverage of 18 European jurisdictions.
